A personal project for Adidas Football CMF team, to create and color and material story for 2 limited edition boots and along with 2 limited edition graphics. As well as 2 commercial colourways for Intersport.


LIGHT SPEED, as a color story defines lightweight appearances through transparencies, fluro accents and reflective layers. This indicated that the materials have a lightweight appeal, through the use of tinted and transparent tpu skins, light reflective finishes and engineered knits and woven's for high performance percision. In football its important that material concept is lightweight so the players can be fast on their feet and reach their maximum speed before their opponents.



COLOR SHIFT

LIMITED EDITION

ARSENAL X ADIDAS – COLOR SHIFT

Lenticular knits engineered to create a color shift within the knit to show the speed and agility through the material when in play. Red / Navy / Smooth metallic silver define Power and Dominance of the game. A sleek smooth metallic silver tooling gives the impression that ‘hes as fast as ice’

CHROMASTORM – COLOR SHIFT

All eyes on the tooling, the faster you play they faster you achieve greatness. Color reveal through thermochromic inks in resin. purple/green color shift defines the underdog, the mystery behind who they are. Those who come out in the last minutes and steals the win.

GRAPHIC LIMITED EDTION

LIT – LIMITED EDTION

lights after dark, what in the night, black bases and hidden graphic, reflective prints.

RADIANCE – WOMENS WORLD CUP

The idea of using special colors in a graphic sublimation to great a holographic shift and color change in day and night. Below are the trials of a sublimation graphic on a mono mesh and bonded to a synthetic base to give to appearences of the material when the light shines on it. Womens world cup women should be featured and glowed upto the max, let them stand out!

SPRINTER + NIGHTGUARD

2 colorways that use a commercial play in the cheaper price point range. Black is a must in the space, with a classic color pop. Night-guard, alert and energized on pitch ready for the game. Sprinter, light on their feet and fast ready to move fast through their opponents.
